Hello new users migrating over from SunSolve and Member Support Center, some tips and tricks

 Hi SunSolve and Member Support Center users.  Some tips and tricks to get you started and please ask questions and I will do my best to provide answers.
  1. Use the PowerView feature to limit the amount of product data come back in search results. There are a number of options and a 5 minute training video. In a nutshell, mouse over the word PowerView and  use the down arrow to select Edit. Select "Product Line" from the first down option, then in the text field type ... Sun and select Sun Hardware, insert a comma after hardware and type Sun again to display Sun Software, select Sun Software. You can save your selection and give it a name, for example, Sun Products. Select OK, your PowerView is now
