Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Please advice

On Oracle R12.06 we received an item via mobile device, inspected and putaway into the location.

Quantity on hand exist, but quantity available shows zero

Loose quantity reflects the quantity on hand. Packed quantity shows zero, I tried to pack it ontoan LPN but did not succeed.

Please help
