emctl start agent (its trying to start from the db binaries not from the agent binaries )

 Hi
i have the db installed on a rac environment and the dbs are running in 11g and the agent binaries are 10.2 when after executing the agent profile am getting the below error

[/home/oracle]$ emctl start agent
