Create an Oracle Support user account with separate default profile

 Hi all,
I have a support identifier that is shared between two different management entities but within the same organization.

Now the DBA within the other entity was asking if he/she can share the same CSI.

My concern is how to add his/her ID to the CSI account by creating a profile for that entity with its own configuration? so that the configurations and service requests are independent from users that are not administrators on that CSI account. For example, entities A and B have the same CSI account (Sharing) but the DBAs and environments are referring to different management groups, so entity A should don't know about the environment, configurations, or SRs of entity B.

Howdy, Stranger!
