How to clone an VM?

 How do I clone an VM in OVM environment? Seem like an easy thing to do, but can't find any procedure for it. I don't have VM Management pack for Grid control and VM Manager can only create an VM based on a template, however I want to create a new VM based on an existing VM. There must be an easy way to do it, I just can't find it yet.
