 README is incomplete and misleading
README displayed by MOS patches and updates is missing many details and information that is in the README file included in the patch download.

Note: This patch (141468) has misleading information in the README.  The install tool disktool.pl does not skip over mounted disks.
Note: There are different patches for the boot disks.  These patches are not mentioned in the README but the appropriate boot disk patch must be installed first.

Please check "/var/tmp/download.out" log for details
