Oracle Windows Compatibility

I presume there is a matrix, cunningly hidden no doubt, which outlines this but I couldn't find it. We are transferring a 32 bit database at 10.2.0.5 to a new server. The suggestion is to put it on a 64 bit Windows 2008 server. Can we run 332 bit Oracle at that version on such a server or do we need to move to 64 bit Oracle ? We have no need of the extra memory that using 64 Windows allows.

Howdy, Stranger!
