Mexican Tax Authority (SAT) requires Digital invoices (electronic billing) in Mexico / Comprobantes

On September 14th new rules for processing electronic invoices in Mexico were published.  I am trying to figure out how to integrate the new changes without using an expensive Service Provider.  Can someone please share their experience generating electronic documents know as ‘Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales’ (CFDI) to the Mexican Tax Authority (SAT, Servicio Administración Tributaria).  Does Oracle E-business suite 11.5.10 have a standard solution for the new regulations in Mexico?
