Costing Stopped

We are on 11.5.10.2 and use Financial modules as well as Purchasing and Inventory. We have found out that in the material Transaction screen the 'Costed' field is saying as 'No' after 25-Oct-10. The result is that there are no transaction interfacing with GL.

We are not able to close our inventory.

Please help. i dont know much about this module so asking. i got checked and there is no scheduled program that is not running. For your info we had some new Organizations created last month.
