Customer Address Relationships

 Hi,

I have a Party A with 3 accounts and each account has a Bill-To and Ship-To Usage.

I have a new Party B with 1 account having 1 address flagged as 'Ship-To'. Now i want to refer all the 3 Bill-To References from Party A in this address.

Do i have to create relationship between all the accounts? Can I create a 'Party Relationship' instead?
