Upgrading Siebel 7.5.3.17 eEnergy Call Center running on HPUX
We've been running Siebel eEnergy Call Center 7.5.3 for 5 years, we're getting ready to upgrade to the latest version, not sure what that is, but I think it's 8.1.3. Our current environment is:
Siebel eEnergy Call Center - HPUX 11.11
Oracle DB (9.2.0.6) - HPUX
Few questions:
1. I was browsing the eDelivery.Oracle.com and I was not able to find a download for eEnergy Call Center, what is it called now?
2. What's the latest/stable version?
3. We want to install it on either Windows 2008 or Linux, any thoughts or preferences?
4. What version of the database should we install this on?
