How can I clear the alerts?

Hi,

We are monitoring the databases using Grid control and under alert tab we have few critical alerts, which were raised long back.

Now, we want to clear them from the list, but the select check box of these alerts is in gray color (i.e. disable mode). Hence we are not able to select the alert and clear it.

Please suggest us in this?
