Configure by 3-dimensional picture/CAD

Hello,

Our customer is interested in making selections of items in configurator by pressing an area of a given 3-dimensional picture which will drill down to another picture showing only relevant items on that area of the picture and the user will have ability to press again on a specific item in that area and by that select the item.

(For example: In a given picture of an airplane, the user will be able to rotate the picture > then press on the left wing > a new picture of left wing only will be displayed and will show all relevant parts of the left wing > user will be able to press a specific part on the picture  >the selection will pick this part )
