AmEx Level III Processors Integrated with Oracle

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello, We've been trying to find a credit card processor that supplies American Express Level III data and is integrated with Oracle.  We have found a few vendors that will process AmEx level III cards however they are not integrated with Oracle.  We are currently using Paymentech which does not support AmEx level III.  Can anyone suggest a vendor they are using that is integrated with Oracle and accepts AmEx level III?
