Employees with more than 1 job type

We have employees who occasionnaly fill in other employee's jobs. Sometimes for a short time (1 day), sometimes for a few months to a year. 

in the case of a short time, can we enter a timecard with the employees working on this 'secondary' job type? I don't see a column in P051121 where we could enter that information.

If this cannot be done, then how does JDE handle these situations?
