Where are the datafile access permission specifications documented for 10g?

 the 9i installation documentation had a table specifying in great detail the access permissions for datafiles etc here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/html/A96167_01/post-inst.htm#g1055563 .Where can I find this level of detail for 10g? I have looked in the release notes, installation guides and searched the administrator's reference in vain. There are some specifications given but they are for directories and are typically just 755. I need definitive references for 10g so that I can document this for audit security compliance purposes. Thanks in advance for any info that may help me find these specs.
