How to notify Buyer as and when a Purchase Requisition is approved.

we are using iProcurement for creating Requisitions. Requester has to email to Buyer every time when the PR is approved.
It needs to be automated, system should send one alert or notification to Buyer with PR number and Description.
It should send notification to buyer till the PR gets converted to PO.

Do we need to modify any workflow ?
