Not Saving Credit Memo

 Hi , I cannot Save the Transaction for the Credit Memo , applied on a Deposit from the ( Action>Credits )  Menu .
Hence i cannot complete the Credit Memo and CM cant be applied on the depoit.
Can any one help me in this Regard.
