MO Operating Unit Profile Option Needed for Mass Allocation in R12

Hi,

Mass Allocation does not work in R12 unless you set MO Operating Unit profile option at GL Responsibility level. Is that standard behavior  or is that a bug? A client should be able to implement and use GL without setting operating units as they are needed for subledgers.
