How to get distance using PCMiler between 2 stops with same postal code?

  Hi, I have a distance based rate based on Km driven. Using PCmiller rate distance. In case of multistop where making drops within same postal code in a large city (lets say postal code covers 5Km2), the challenge is for PC miller to return somehting other than 0 as the distance between stops. If I have separate lat/lon (which I do not have at all), and only in case where PC MIler could not get distance from stop to stop lat/lon would be used, then would get some distance. There is a parameter in the External Distance Engine setup called
