OEM not sending email notification for Broken Job count metrics

 Hi,

We are having GC 10.2.0.5 and have issue with Broken Job count metrics. if we get any broken job in the database the alerts are triggered in GC console but no mails are sent for the same. I have tried creating notification rules but no luck. Is anybody faced similar issue or any suggestion. Appreciate your help on this.
