PDF opened in JDE9.0 (requires a brower) and saved can not be accepted as input file to Create!form

Need to test create!form design change. Create test R04572_GPJ0001.pdf in JPEPY. Open the PDF in JDE9.0  (in IE 8.0 web browser) and save as to R04572_GPJ0001 on local PC. When use project, select input file in the Create!form designer3 application  and select the saved pdf get error "Invalid or corrupted input PDF file. Unable to load input PDF file filename.pdf".   This was not in issue in 8.10. when we were not using the browser access JDE.

Create!Form had me open the saved pdf  file in Wordpad and the word <Linearized> was in the top half of the first page. Create!forms can't handle Linearized PDFs.
