nothing happens when invoking sql loader

Hi,
I have a Unix server that has instant client on it.
Recently I installed oracle standard edition 10.2.0.2.0 on the same server because I need to use sql loader.
After installation, nothing happens when I invoke sql loader.

Is there any setup I should do?
Please help.
