Essbase 9.3.1 with Windows 2003 Standard 64 bit edition

Hi We are replacing our Essbase server as well as having the operating system upgraded.  As the licensing cost for Windows Enterprise is substantially more than the Standard edition, I am trying to establish if Windows 2003 SP2 64 bit Standard Edition will provide the equivalent 64 bit processing capacities as Windows 2003 SP1 (Server Enterprise Edition) for Essbase 9.3.1?  We do not require the server failover functionality provided by the Enterprise edition. Thank you
