Rejection of Inventory when transferring though Internal Requisition.

Hi All

I have two organizations say Org A and Org B.When i transfered the Inventory from Org A to Org B by using Internal Sales Order (Internal Requsition). If Org B Rejects the Inventory , how can we handle this return.
