Database Cloning - Start and End time

 Dear All,

I am a functional consultant. I wanted to know if we could see the timestamp of the start time and the end time for a clone thru the Database.  I wont be able to see the log files that are generated as I dont have the access. I would like to see the timestamp thru Toad or SQL Developer.

Please advise.
