Legacy Sun Customers migrating to My Oracle Support

  Oracle Support is gathering all products from previous acquisitions under My Oracle Support.

This will now also happen for Sun Hardware and Software products which later this year will migrate from Member Support Center, SunSolve and Goldstar Java CAPS support portal. Legacy Sun customers will at the same time align with Oracle Support processes.

It is very important that all Sun customers and partners are ready to use My Oracle Support as the current Sun Support systems will be decommissioned after the migration to My Oracle Support.
