PO Receipts Interfaced to CLOSED Projects

 Hi

In PA we are seeing PO Receipts being interfaced to Projects after they have been closed.

The project was at a valid status when the Po was created but was closed before it was receipted.

I would have expected the PRC Interface Supplier Costs to have execptions but this is not the case the costs interfaced to the project without error.  It seems the proejct is validated when the PO is created and the receipt is interface without checking again.  Is this correct?
