Managing Databases using Enterprise Manager (MOSC)

Database without a configuration snapshot

 I recently upgraded my OMS and repository database to 11.1.0.1 and 11.2.0.2 respectively and moved both the OMS and repository to a new server.  When I run the emdiag kit I see that all of the individual instances for my RAC databases report as missing a database configuration snapshot.

How do I get Grid Control or the agent to take another snapshot of the databases?
