Pro's vs Con's for Mobile Field Service

 hi..

We are looking into the funcitonality that hte Mobile Field Service module has to offer to compliment our Field Service Application. Can someone provide some pro's vs con's on this module?

We are looking to use it for our Laptops.. Does any additional hardware need to be in place, etc?
