Customer support
I used to just be able to call a support number and get a person. It was so much easier. Now I created a service request, asked them to call me and I get an e-mail that says my request has been updated. I logged back in the the support page and I can see all older service requests but nothing about my one today. So I searched for it and I get nothing with the SR # or today's date. Why does this have to be so difficult.
