How to backup & restore Siebel Application & Database ?

 My Siebel server using Windows 2003 R2 and just crashed last week. I've already re-install the OS, and plan to re-install my Siebel Aplication & Database. Before I re-install the OS, I backup the Oracle & SBA directories. What is the step to re-installing my Siebel application using my previous backup ?
