Does anybody know cahnges between Sibel 7.8 CRM and 8.1 from database aspact?

 We are planning to upgrade eto Siebel CRM application from 7.8 to Siebel CRM 8.1. We would like to know as where be able to obtain document showing the database changes between the Siebel CRM 7.8 and Siebel 8.1?

We are using Siebel Order Management, Products, Accounts and Contacts. Assets, Campaign, Service Request . Also, running both the eMedia and eCustomer application.

Any assistance will be appricated as tell us where to obtain changes for Siebel CRM application upgradeing from CRM release 7.8 to 8.1.
