Does anybody know cahnges between Sibel 7.8 CRM and 8.1 from database aspact?
We are using Siebel Order Management, Products, Accounts and Contacts. Assets, Campaign, Service Request . Also, running both the eMedia and eCustomer application.
Any assistance will be appricated as tell us where to obtain changes for Siebel CRM application upgradeing from CRM release 7.8 to 8.1.
