Hi ,

We have implemented a two node Oracle 10g RAC on HP-UX(IA-64).

Node 2 rebooted on its own and I saw a note which indicates that node reboots are possible if there is any resource issue with any one node.

Node 1 cluster log (alertcbcisdb1.log) had this message:

[cssd(3508)]CRS-1607:CSSD evicting node cbcisdb2. Details in /u01/crs/oracle/product/10.2.0/app/log/cbcisdb1/cssd/ocssd.log

Node 1 ocssd.log had these warnings

[    CSSD]2010-10-28 09:35:36.159 [14] >WARNING: clssnmPollingThread: node cbcisdb2 (2) at 50% heartbeat fatal, eviction in 14.137 seconds
[    CSSD]2010-10-28 09:35:43.329 [14] >WARNING: clssnmPollingThread: node cbcisdb2 (2) at 75% heartbeat fatal, eviction in 6.967 seconds
[    CSSD]2010-10-28 09:35:46.350 [14] >TRACE:   clssnmPollingThread: node cbcisdb2 (2) is impending reconfig

Howdy, Stranger!
