Can not IMPORT data

 When trying to IMPORT data in FDM users get the following error message:

Application Error

Description: An exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please contact the administrator to review the stack trace in the event log for more information about the error.

When I try to IMPORT data in FDM I get the following:

Error: An error occurred importing the file.

Detail: There is not enough space on the disk.
