PORCPT workflows are erroring out

  Hi,

we have a quite a few workflow's which are erroring out with the belwo error message...PORCPT .

When we see the notifications in the sysadmin we get the below information...

Error in Workflow PORCPT/9107705;191855;08-MAY-2009 3120: Activity 'PORCPT/125055' has no performer...

What might be the setups and steps  i should check to troubleshoot such cases?
