Send To Favorites Option GONE!!!

 We applied SP upgrade 24.1.3 from SP 23.1.i and we no longer have SEND TO FAVORITES option available on our MENU for folders. Although we can send individual tasks to Favorites. Is it something that Oracle is taking away or do we need to setup something on JDE.INI file to enable this?
