OTL: Impact of 0 (zero) hour records in OTL timecards
Dear OTL gurus,
We have an issue where users are very often creating timecards with records with 0 hours in them. The reason they have been doing it is because we are on a bi-weekly timecard and users often have many rows of project/task/expenditure type combinations. And users do not want to create this every time they have to create a timecard and like to keep these rows as place holders in the timecard and therefore keep these rows with 0 (zero) hours in them. If they do not put the 0 hour, those rows disappear when they save the timecard from time
