salesforce.com integration to JDE 8.12

Is any one doing integration of Salesforce.com with JDE 8.12 and running this in real time?

We are looking for someone who is successfully implemented this integration?

We would like to manage the sales order entry on salesforce and pass the information back to JDE in Real Time. We want to manage it in a way where we can identify opportunities in Salesforce.com to an existing sales order in JDE.

Please let us know if anyone is doing this already.  Thank you.
