Enter Journals: Captured Information

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question
I'm trying to find more information on how to setup the General Ledger Enter Journals: Captured Information DFF. How is it setup?  Can the prompt be changed from 'Account Number' to 'Context' and the Reference field be changed from 'CONTEXT3' to '$PROFILES$.GL_SET_OF_BKS_ID' as we are in need of additional DFFs on the Enter Journal Lines.
