Abnormal Program Termination while Installing Oracle 10g R2 on Windows 7(64-Bit)

Hi,

I started installing Oracle 10g R2 (10.2.0.4.0) on Windows 7(64-Bit) but getting the following error:

Abnormal Program termination,an internal error has occured please provide
the following file to oracle support:"UNKNOWN"

I am using the installation files download from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/10204-winx64-vista-win2k8-082253.html

Please help.
