11g RAC rconfig doubts

Hello,
       We are required to move & convert 11g R1 database installed on local node to two node RAC cluster
configurations are as below
NODE1
/u01/clusterware    Oracle clusterware & ASM oracle home
/u02/11.1.0/        11gR1 NON-RAC database oarcle home
/u03/RAC/           Clustered Oarcle home  used for RAC database
/u02/oradata/       11gR1 NON-RAC database's datafiles (not on ASM)

NODE2
/u01/clusterware    Oracle clusterware & ASM oracle home

/u03/RAC/           Clustered Oarcle home  used for RAC database

So now I have below doubts
If I execute rconfig from /u03/RAC with /u02/11.1.0 as OLD oracle home & /u03/RAC as new oracle home then along with
