Open Connections following Rel 7 Upgrade

Are any other users having issues with user client/web open connections following the Rel 7 upgrade? I have been unable to determine what is causing this issue, and our administrator must go in periodically to close out the open connections. The one specific linkage to the issue occurs in the P6 Web Client when I click on the tools icon under projects, which causes the P6 Web Client to go down altogether and requires the open connections to be terminated before I can log-in to the P6 Web Client again. I would welcome other users' feedback to see if others are having
