Migrate Inventory and BOM setups from one instance to another

 All,          We use Oracle Configurator to configure our PTO Models developed in Bills of Material module. For publishing the models, we use remote publication feature provided by Oracle to publish BOM models to target instances. Every time we have to publish to a new target instance, Inventory (Item setup) and BOM setups need to be done from scratch to match the configurator development instance.

Does anyone know of any tool (Oracle or 3rd Party) to migrate the Item and BOM setup from one instance to the other? If anyone has used anything to do a similar task, please share the information.
