AR and AP cannot calculate tax automatically

 Hi friends,

 I set up tax followed note E-Business Tax R12 Setup – US Location Based Taxes Part 1, however, when i create an ar invoice, input line, click on saving,

the tax is not automatically calculated.  Does anyone know why? Thanks a lot.
