USPAY: After upgrade to R12.0.8, "Payroll Register" report wouldn't finish ....

We applied the phase 1 patches for 2010 Payroll Year-End process. We are now on HRMS R12.08.  This morning was the first time the full company payroll was run.  The "Payroll Register" report has been running since this morning and still has not finished yet.  In the log file (partial), it shows that it is stuck at the step "Enter Password".

Prior to the YE 1 patches, the "Payroll Register" report finishes very quickly.

Anyone has encountered the same or similiar issue?
