Need suggesstions for a proactive action
In this month we have our production server outage for patch applying. I am newly joined here as junior DBA. According to the existing facts in the previous outages after outage we have faced many issue in terms of slow performance of the database and etc. We raised SRs as well to address the issue, but all went in vain because we have not submitted the data requested by Oracle. Hence we want to have some data/information in hand before this outage to act in a better way with Oracle support if we face issues.
Hence, request you all please suggest me what kind of data do we need to have / collect from the existing database and other needful suggestions about this.
