OCP upgrade from 9i

 Good morning out there, can anyone point me in the right direction. I have the OCP certification for 9i. I want to progress. How do I convert what I have to 10 or must it be 11. I am battling to find suitable upgrade paths (exam preps or online courses) in Oracle University and I am also battling to find anyone to advise me.  I would appreciate any help.
