Patch rollback failed

Hi,

I trying to rollback a patch for my 11.1.0.7 RDBMS, but was failed due to the $ORACLE_HOME/.patch_storage is empty, someone from the previous DBA has manually removed all the folders.

How do I able to rollback patch in this scenario, can i copy the patch from other server to here (the other server has the rollback folder here)? Would it be any rist if I do this.
