Receiving KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed

 Hi,

I am receiving below error in the mmon trace files. I am trying to figure out what this is for. But unable to get any details about this.

***KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed, return Code: 2***KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed, return Code: 2***KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed, return Code: 2***KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed,return Code: 2***KEWFDBFUS: Auto-DBFUS slave failed, return Code: 2

ADDM report also showing the below error. I think these both should be related. Can any one help me to solve this problem or just let me know at least what this is?

   RECOMMENDATION 2: Application Analysis, 10% benefit (35579 seconds)
      ACTION: Investigate the cause for high "enq: FU - contention" waits in
